★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, a mi esposo le indicaron que necesitaba lentes de vista progresiva, los cuales en realidad no necesita, (tuvo que ir a otra óptica a revisar su graduación y fue diferente a la que le dieron en Instituto Vidaurri)
No le hicieron válida la garantía ya que aseguraron que la graduación entre lo que ellos le dijeron y lo que le diagnosticó la otra óptica era mínima e imperceptible (pero a él no le sirvió)
Se graduó otros lentes en la otra óptica por cierto mucho más económicos y esos si le sirvieron.
No caigan por la publicidad y “buen servicio” que promocionan.
Bad service, my husband was told that he needed progressive vision glasses, which he doesn't really need (he had to go to another optician to check his prescription and it was different from the one he was given at Instituto Vidaurri)
They did not make the guarantee valid since they assured that the graduation between what they told him and what the other optician diagnosed him was minimal and imperceptible (but it did not work for him)
He graduated other lenses in the other optician, by the way, much cheaper and those did work for him.
Do not fall for the publicity and "good service" that they promote.
