★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me complace practicar yoga en la Gran Fraternidad Universal por lo completo de cada sesión porque comprende gimnasia psicofísica en donde se le da atención a la respiración, flexibilidad y resistencia física, preparación muy completa para la práctica de las asanas (posturas), cuya rutina se cambia cada semana. Tiene diferentes horarios de Lunes a Viernes, Sábados 2 clases y Domingo una.
