Más si preguntas para saber que paso por qué en la página dale que te llega en una fecha programas y todo lo que tienes que hacer .no vuelvo a comprar en su página . I ordered a product which said that it would arrive on a date which I programmed myself and everything when asking for Whatsapp what happened to that they answer you with capital letters as if I were shouting I think that is not the treatment towards a client who bought a product to a that is minimum . More if you ask to know what happened, why on the page give it that it arrives on a date, programs and everything you have to do. I will not buy on your page again.

Les escribí y la atención que he recibido ha sido terrible. No responden, dijeron que lo iban a revisar muchas veces y nunca dan respuesta, eventualmente me dijeron que me darían un vale por la cantidad, nunca me lo dieron, cuando se los pedí me dijeron que no que siempre no porque la pieza no estaba rota, solamente fuera de lugar y que solamente era presionarla -al fondo de un sifón de 60 cm de profundo- en el que obviamente no me cabe la mano. Entonces les dije que si tenía solución me mandaran las instrucciones precisas y las herramientas para hacerlo y no romperlo. No han contestado. Este proceso ha durado 3 meses. Su atención al cliente es muy muy mala, estoy muy decepcionada de su pésima respuesta.
