★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es caro y de mala calidad. Son muy buenos para cobrar pero muy ineficientes para solucionar “problemas con su servicio” y el whats app son groseros uno te ayudan en NADA. Definitivamente PÉSIMO servicio.
The service is expensive and of poor quality. They are very good at charging but very inefficient to solve "problems with their service" and the whats app is rude and they help you NOTHING. Definitely AWFUL service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es de las peores gaseras, mal servicio, caro y atienden de mala gana. Profeco hasta el año pasado no quería atender las quejas pero la Secretaria de Energía si y es posible que el SAT.
It is the worst gas, bad service, expensive and reluctantly attend. Profeco until last year did not want to address complaints but the Secretary of Energy did and it is possible that the SAT.

Guadalupe Orta y Viridiana, quienes atienden vía telefónica, son demasiado groseras, mentirosas, incumplidas y prepotentes ya que aseguraron que iban a realizar la reconexión pronto y no fue así. Muy mal servicio en general, no contraten con esta compañia o den de baja su contrato si ya estan con él.
The Ladies. Guadalupe Orta and Viridiana, who answer by telephone, are too rude, liars, unfulfilled and arrogant since they assured that they were going to reconnect soon and it was not like that. Very bad service in general, do not contract with this company or cancel your contract if you are already with it.
