★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos meses me atendi en esta clínica, con el Dr Andres, tiene un pésimo servicio, termine perdiendo 3 de mis muelas ya que me puso coronas de porcelana pero no limpio bien las caries por ello me dio una fuerte infección.
Les llame para que me dieran una cita, y asi revisar que estaba pasando, sin embargo, la recepcionista me comentó que estaba de viaje y regresaría en 15 dias; asi que tuve que buscar otra opción...terminaron sacándome la muela porque estaban ya muy avanzada la infección ademas, de que el dolor era insoportable; al final termino cobrandome $ 2000 pesos mas de lo que cuestan las coronas ,ojo, no es el costo, es el mal servicio que da. despues de que le pagas ya no quiere hacerse responsable de su trabajo.
A few months ago I attended this clinic, with Dr. Andres, he has a lousy service, I ended up losing 3 of my teeth since he put porcelain crowns on me but I did not clean the cavities well, so he gave me a strong infection.
I called them to give me an appointment, and thus check what was happening, however, the receptionist told me that she was traveling and would return in 15 days; so I had to look for another option...they ended up pulling my tooth because the infection was already very advanced, and the pain was unbearable; In the end, he ended up charging me $2,000 pesos more than what the crowns cost. Be careful, it's not the cost, it's the bad service he gives. After you pay him, he no longer wants to be responsible for his work.
