A mi me hablaron seg Bad collection company, treats clients as criminals in an aggressive and threatening manner. They spoke to me according to me to make an invitation for a recharge of Sky V TV and in the end they ended up threatening me and shouting and hanging up the call twice. Now I'm going to dial Sky to take letters on the matter and be suspended or definitely canceled. PESIMO AND THREATENERS.

El cual cancelare por este desagradable momento y recomendare esta situación a la empresa con la que realice el contrato.

Y lo peor de todo, es que ni siquiera tengo deudas pendientes con ninguna compañía. Y me alegan que siii ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al ser un despacho de cobranza uno comprende que hagan su trabajo llamando a las personas que deben. Sin embargo a mí me han estado molestando desde hace más de un año buscando a una persona que no conozco, y aunque les he dicho infinidad de veces que no soy yo y que no reconozco al sujeto que buscan siguen insistiendo; cada vez más groseros en sus llamadas y en los mensajes que mandan incluso amenazan con tomar “represalias legales” Presenté una queja ante la REDECO cada vez que llamaban eligiendo la opción “gestión de cobranza sin ser el deudor o cliente”.
Espero mi comentario le sirva a quien esté pasando por la misma incómoda situación.
Being a collection office, one understands that they do their job calling the people they owe. However, they have been bothering me for more than a year looking for a person that I do not know, and although I have told them countless times that it is not me and that I do not recognize the subject they are looking for, they continue to insist; increasingly rude in their calls and in the messages they send, they even threaten to take "legal retaliation". I filed a complaint with REDECO every time they called, choosing the option "collection management without being the debtor or customer."
I hope my comment will serve anyone who is going through the same uncomfortable situation.

I have a lot of fun answering them with different stories after informing them that I don't even know the debtor??? who passed away, who says he's not here, that he'll be here soon, etc.
