★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo contraten, trabajan de manera muuuuuuy poco accesible, sus descuentos no sirven para nada, literal he tenido consultas en las cuales los descuentos son solo de 15 pesos mexicanos. Aparte, te exigen los pagos SOLO EN EFECTIVO, así es, si vas a un hospital a X procedimiento, solo puedes llevar el dinero en EFECTIVO, lo cual hace dudar mucho de como manejan las cosas en este seguro. Su servicio al clientes es un asco también, les llamas para decirles que en donde en el contrato dice que los pagos tienen que ser en efectivo y te dicen que le hables a la persona que te vendió el seguro. En verdad, NO LO CONTRATEN. Son pésimos, no resuelven NADA.
Adjunto evidencia del día de hoy. Primero se tardaron 30 minutos en contestarme en el chat, luego me contestan y cuando inmediatamente contesto yo para darle seguimiento, me dejan otra vez colgado por otros 27 minutos, que en este momento ya se convirtieron en 30 minutos.
Do not hire them, they work in a very inaccessible way, their discounts are useless, literally I have had consultations in which the discounts are only 15 Mexican pesos. Besides, they require payments ONLY IN CASH, that's right, if you go to a hospital for X procedure, you can only take the money in CASH, which makes you doubt how things are handled in this insurance. Their customer service is disgusting too, you call them to tell them that where in the contract it says that payments have to be in cash and they tell you to talk to the person who sold you the insurance. Seriously, DO NOT HIRE HIM. They are lousy, they do not solve ANYTHING.
