★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala empresa administradora, cambian a cada rato de razón social para evadir impuestos. Cobran muy caro y su personal, incluyendo directivos, no trabajan profesionalmente. En resumen, no administran nada, solo a los proveedores para llevarse su comisión.
Very bad management company, they change their company name all the time to avoid taxes. They charge dearly and their staff, including managers, do not work professionally. In short, they don't manage anything, just the providers to take their commission.

Impuntuales, se la pasan en el celular en vez de trabajar, pésima atención al cliente, creen que son dueños en vez de simples proveedores. La información contable con errores y dudosa durante 2 años, sin haber aclarado inquietudes. Reportes recurrentes sin ningún tipo de solución o respuesta. Sin ningún profesionalismo.
They change your administrator one after another and one worse than another. Unpunctual, they spend it on their cell phones instead of working, lousy customer service, they believe they are owners instead of simple providers. Accounting information with errors and doubtful for 2 years, without having clarified concerns. Recurring reports without any kind of solution or response. Without any professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pésima empresa con poco profesionalismo. Su equipo lejos de generar una gestión óptima es grosera, poco profesional y no transparentan sus actividades. Triste servicio que hacen lo IMPOSIBLE, incluso hablar mal de sus Clientes Directos con tal de quedarse como administradora en un Condominio que no lo quiere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala Administradora. Nada de profesionalismo. Desde Directivos hasta administradora residente son nefastos, no dan seguimiento a lo que se les solicita. Según realizan el mantenimiento al condominio y tardan años en reparar las cosas. Se creen dueños del dinero del residencial gastando lo que se les da la gana, sin realizar mejores al condominio.
A conveniencia de ellos como administradora ingresan a los proveedores para su beneficio y no para el residencial.
Bad Administrator. No professionalism. From managers to resident administrator they are nefarious, they do not follow up on what is requested of them. As they maintain the condo and take years to repair things. They believe owners of the residential money spending what they want, without making improvements to the condominium.
At their convenience, as administrator, they enter the providers for their benefit and not for the residential one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy malos¡ son prepotentes cuando están en el puesto de administración. Cuando son las asambleas en los condominios si son unos corderillos, pero ya en el edificio son prepotentes y no te contestan las llamadas ni mails.
