Sin embargo si de Crossfit se trata no es tan bueno, pues no cuenta con el equipo necesario para emplearlo adecuadamente, no tienen abrazaderas para las barras, tienen muy pocas barras, no tienen magnesia para los ejercicios de gimnasia, ni cuenta con pelotas medicinales, está muy austero. También es preciso señalar que las clases están bien explicadas y los coaches tienen el conocimiento necesario para impartir la clase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un gimnasio bastante económico pero algunos aparatos no están en las mejores condiciones , su ambiente es muy tranquilo las personas son buena onda , los entrenadores tienen bastante actitud lo único malo es que te enseñan los ejercicios pero no te dicen si tú lo estás haciendo bien o no , la rutina que ponen es muy general y no preguntan en un inicio cuál es tu propósito.
