Las clases no son más que seguir la receta, sin teoría ni nada más allá de hacer lo que dice en dicha receta la cual es enviada por correo electrónico 3 días antes de la clase, sin la oportunidad de resolver dudas previas puesto que no están al tanto del correo.
El costo no es excesivo, ronda entre los 1800 y 2000 la mensualidad, sin embargo es un costo alto por el uso únicamente del horno que no se da a basto con los gastrónomos y reposteros, aparte del uso del instrumental que esta en malas condiciones es insuficiente que hasta terminas llevando tus propios instrumentos, por lo cuál el costo es absurdo por simplemente seguir una receta.
Cabe mencionar que no incluye tampoco los insumos y las preparaciones son por porciones minúsculas que parece que estas jugando a la comidita.
