★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues hablaré desde la pequeña interacción que tuve con ellos. Llevé a mi gato por problemas urinarios, no orinaba desde la noche anterior y era urgente que me lo revisaran... No me lo quisieron atender, ni valorar hasta la hora de su cita (una hora después), por lo que mejor me fuí y lo lleve con Doctora Cats. ¡Que diferencia! No sólo me lo atendieron sin cita, si no que luego luego lo valoraron y nos dieron un súper trato. Aquí en CIVET me hicieron sentir como un cliente más, y no cómo alguien bastante preocupado por mi gato.

They didn't want to attend to him or assess him until the time of his appointment (an hour later), so I better left and take him to Doctor Cats. What a difference! Not only did they attend to me without an appointment, but later they valued it and gave us a super deal. Here at CIVET they made me feel like just another customer, and not like someone quite concerned about my cat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, llegamos con un gatito con una urgencia; previamente ya habíamos hablado para que nos brindaran la atención, y no nos quisieron recibir, por qué los médicos estaban comiendo he iban a demorar 2 horas.
Entiendo que todos tenemos horarios para comer, pero ante una urgencia real deben existir excepciones.
Jamás volvería a este lugar.
Terrible place, we arrived with a kitten with an urgency; Previously we had already spoken so that they would provide us with care, and they did not want to receive us, because the doctors were eating and it was going to take 2 hours.
I understand that we all have schedules to eat, but in a real emergency there must be exceptions.
I would never go back to this place.

Llevé de urgencia a mi perrita y tardaron más de 3 horas en atenderla. Lo cual provocó que se deshidratara y al final, se tuviera que quedar hospitalizada. Lo peor es que la hospitalización nada incluye, sólo los pañales. Me cobraron un montón de estudios y no fueron buenos para mostrarme o decirme los resultados. Además de que inventaron que mi perrita tenía riesgo de pancreatitis y nada que ver, y por supuesto recomendaban más días de hospitalización y más estudios. Decidí darla de alta voluntaria y querían cobrarme por darme por escrito los nombres de los medicamentos que le dieron.
Expensive, lousy service and lousy attitude.

The worst thing is that hospitalization includes nothing, only diapers. They charged me for a lot of studies and they were not good at showing me or telling me the results. In addition to that they invented that my dog was at risk of pancreatitis and nothing to do with it, and of course they recommended more days of hospitalization and more studies. I decided to discharge her voluntarily and they wanted to charge me for giving me the names of the medications they gave her in writing.

De ahí en fuera, le hicieron a mi gato un procedimiento bajo anestesia que NO NECESITABA y aparentemente le pegaron una bacteria a mi gato que le provocó una infección en vías respiratorias con fiebre de duración de una semana que terminó contagiando a mis demás gatos.
Solamente andaban adivinando, no diagnosticando, pues le hicieron unos rayos x que no requería y todavía querían hacerle estudios que tampoco necesitaba.
No tienen limpieza, traen de aquí para allá los termómetros rectales sin limpiarlos después de su uso propagando bacterias por tooooda la clínica, y los tubos endotraquiales para anestesia sin una adecuada esterilización y resguardo, colgados ahí nada más cuál adorno en el quirófano.

They were just guessing, not diagnosing, because they did some x-rays that he didn't need and they still wanted to do tests that he didn't need either.
They don't have cleanliness, they bring rectal thermometers from here to there without cleaning them after use, spreading bacteria throughout the clinic, and endotrachial tubes for anesthesia without adequate sterilization and protection, hanging there as nothing more than an ornament in the operating room.
