★ ★ ★ ★ ★ para mi esta emprea tiene poca credibilidad, en fechas recientes segun ellos ofertamos para la renta de un departamento y nos hicieron esperar una semana para decir que nuestra oferta la rechazo el cliente y que habia aceptado otra que segun entro inmediatamente con la nuestra, siedo que ellos nos dijeron que solo el dueño podia resolver una a la vez, poca etica y profesionalismo por su parte.
For me this company has little credibility, in recent dates according to them we offered for the rent of an apartment and they made us wait a week to say that our offer was rejected by the client and that he had accepted another one that according to immediately entered with ours, if they told us that only the owner could solve one at a time, little ethics and professionalism on their part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo ex asesor de Century 21 Intelicasa no recomiendo en lo absoluto trabajar con ellos porque no cumplen lo que supuestamente ofrecen. Segun ellos se trata de "Ganar Ganar" sin embargo es todo lo contrario más bien se trata de que tú trabajes más sin sueldo y ellos ganen más. También tienen prácticas poco confiables hacia los clientes interesados en rentar o comprar una propiedad con una llamada "Oferta de Respaldo" la cual esta diseñada para perder dicho monto y no se les regrese
As a former advisor to Century 21 Intelicasa, I do not recommend at all to work with them because they do not fulfill what they supposedly offer. According to them, it is about "Win Win", however it is the opposite, rather it is about you working more without pay and they earn more. They also have unreliable practices towards clients interested in renting or buying a property with a so-called "Backup Offer" which is designed to lose said amount and not get it back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si hubiera la opción le pondría cero estrellas, lamentablemente como empresa para poder ofrecer tu inmueble o laborar en ella NO cumple en nada con lo que te dicen, cómo arrendador te indican que te van a dar un informe cada mes cosa que no hacen y al final no sirven para rentar o vender tu inmueble. Cómo trabajador, incumplen en los pagos, te dan largas en pagarte o darte tus bonos, les tienes que estar rogando para te paguen o te den la cara. Lo cual habla muy mal de la imagen de dicha empresa!!
If there were the option, I would give it zero stars, unfortunately as a company to be able to offer your property or work in it, it DOES NOT comply with what they tell you at all, as a landlord they tell you that they will give you a report every month which they do not do and at final they do not serve to rent or sell your property. As a worker, they default on payments, they give you long in paying you or giving you your bonuses, you have to be begging them to pay you or show you their faces. Which speaks very badly of the image of said company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia con esta franquicia. Poco profesionales. 4 meses para rentar mi departamento y nada. Pérdida de tiempo. Cambie de inmobiliaria y en una semana lo rentaron.
Terrible experience with this franchise. Unprofessional. 4 months to rent my apartment and nothing. Waste of time. I changed real estate and in a week they rented it.
