Tuve que estar preguntando a la persona que me contactó porque nunca daba respuesta completa, quedaba en llamar y no lo hacía... al final, me comentaron que seguía en el proceso y otra vez el chico no me contactó, así que tuve que contactarlo y me dijo que ya se había ocupado el puesto. Solo me hizo perder mucho tiempo.
Creo que deberían tener mejor organización o contratar a más gente para no cargar mucho trabajo a los reclutadores, el chico siempre se notó apurado, se equivocaba, me mandaba mensajes que no eran para mi, menos lo que realmente debía mandarme.
Por favor, no falten al respeto de esa manera. Eso solo muestra que no son una empresa seria ni confiable.
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS IS BAD. I had to be asking the person who contacted me because he never gave a complete answer, he kept calling and did not ... in the end, they told me that he was still in the process and again the boy did not contact me, so I had to contact him and he told me that he had already filled the position. It just wasted a lot of time.
I think they should have a better organization or hire more people so as not to burden the recruiters with a lot of work, the boy always felt rushed, he was wrong, he sent me messages that were not for me, less what he really should send me.
Please don't be disrespectful like that. That just shows that they are not a serious or trustworthy company.

Terrible company. They do not give you a settlement. And they don't pay you your commissions. Ahhh and they don't answer you. And it was not only one person, it was many that we worked with them for the Banorte aforé. Beware of them they are double-sided and thieves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una agencia que, como tantas otras en este país, explota a sus trabajadores (firma de renuncias anticipadas, horarios extenuantes, imposibilidad de crear antigüedad, etc.). El despotismo es la norma, y al trabajador no se le trata como a un ser humano, si no como a un simple componente desechable y reemplazable.
Si buscan verdaderas oportunidades en el mundo laboral, este no es el lugar correcto.
An agency that, like so many others in this country, exploits its workers (signing of early resignations, exhausting hours, impossibility of creating seniority, etc.). Despotism is the norm, and the worker is not treated as a human being, but as a simple disposable and replaceable component.
If you are looking for real opportunities in the world of work, this is not the right place.
