Mi esposo y yo fuimos a la sucursal de la Narvarte.. y el trato que tuvieron con nosotros fué horrible, el chico encargado de dar informes, recibir el carnet y a nuestro perrito fue muy grosero, nos dijo que por ser las 6:00 pm lo recibiría y metería en JAULA, fue muuy cortante, sin tacto y literalmente nos dijo "nadamás les aviso que si lo dejan, se puede enfermar de tos y vómito eh" ¿Qué clase de servicio fue ese??? NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO I did not like anything! My husband and I went to the Narvarte branch... and the treatment they had with us was horrible, the guy in charge of giving reports, receiving the card and our dog was very rude, he told us that it was 6:00 pm I would receive him and put him in a CAGE, he was very sharp, tactless and literally told us "I just let you know that if you leave him, he can get sick from coughing and vomiting, eh" What kind of service was that??? I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Tienen a los perros hacinados en una jaula y a otros en un pequeño jardín de pasto sintético. Solamente había 4 personas a cargo. 1 sentada en la oficina viendo su celular. La “responsable” les grita y no es amable para dar informes. Pésimo servicio en cuanto a la atención a posibles clientes. The photos of the Del Valle branch that they just opened do not correspond to reality. The place is tiny. They keep the dogs crammed into a cage and others in a small garden of synthetic grass. There were only 4 people in charge. 1 sitting in the office looking at her cell phone. The "responsible" yells at them and is not nice to give reports. Terrible service in terms of attention to potential customers.

Es obediente y más equilibrado, además observé que a mi perro le encantaba ir, lo que denotaba un buen trato a él. Busquen al entrenador Omar, tiene bastante experiencia y da un excelente servicio y atención. Muy recomendable Excellent Narvarte branch, my 8-month-old German Shepherd completed the basic level of training and met all expectations.
