★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO! Fui para cotizar unas ventanas y después de tomar medidas va casi un mes y no me han cotizado. Hablé en repetidas ocasiones y solo me daban largas. La última vez que marque me colgaron y ya no me tomaron la llamada. Luego pase después de 20 días e igual me tuvieron esperando 1/2 hora y me dijeron que en la tarde sin falta me lo tienen. Eso tiene una semana y no he recibido nada. Recomiendo más Tecnova. Ellos contestan rápido y se les nota las ganas de adquirir clientes.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! I went to quote some windows and after taking measurements it's been almost a month and they haven't quoted me. I spoke repeatedly and they just gave me the long haul. The last time I dialed they hung up on me and they no longer took my call. Then I passed after 20 days and they still kept me waiting 1/2 hour and they told me that they would have it for me in the afternoon without fail. That's a week old and I haven't received anything. I recommend more Tecnova. They answer quickly and you can see the desire to acquire customers.
