★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company will not take any responsibility for its mistakes. I recommend you use someone else. We had thousands of dollars in damage due to mold and careless moving. The largest part was because they used the wrong packing technique, but they refused to take responsibility. The insurance they make you get is worthless as well as it covered next to nothing. They outsource almost everything and take responsility for nothing. Fransicso and staff are very friendly, but do not be fooled.
