Pésimo servicio , el concepto en los cargos del recibo no son claros , y cuando fui aclaraciónes después de más de una hora que estuve esperando , se saltan mi turno que porque no estaba atento, solo no me pare de inmediato, yo espere 70 minutos y ellos no pueden esperar 10 segundos ? Finalmente me dejaron pasar a atención al cliente después de otros 5 minutos pero que falta de empatía del personal que ponen en Servicio al Cliente….
Terrible service, the concept in the receipt charges are not clear, and when I went for clarifications after more than an hour that I was waiting, they skip my turn because I was not attentive, I just did not stop immediately, I waited 70 minutes and They can't wait 10 seconds? La verdad es que nunca a servido este organismo, no le pongo 0 estrellas por qué no se puede. Yo sé que no me van a dar soluciones pero mínimo me gustaría saber cuál es el problema ? me dan pena por qué desgraciadamente necesito de ustedes pero ojalá y desaparezcan y se cree un nuevo provedor de agua

Horas de espera... Entiendo que al ser una dependencia que atiende muchas personas el servicio sea muy lento, pero la verdad me ha tocado esperar más de 4 horas para que las resoluciones al final no lleguen a nada. El personal es muy amable y accesible, pero no ayuda a recuperar el tiempo perdido.

Si van lleven su PREDIAL. Esta súper lejos. Las oficinas del centro NO AVISAN que papelería tienes que llevar y hasta que llegas allá te dicen. No tienen aplicaciones para pagar el agua ni descargar tu recibo QUE MEDIEVALES.
If you go take your PREDIAL. It is so far. The downtown offices DO NOT NOTIFY what paperwork you have to bring and until you get there they tell you. They do not have applications to pay for water or download your receipt THAT MEDIEVAL.

ESTAFADORES Siempre revisen que le lectura de su recibo concuerde con la del medidor, pues aunque el consumo aparezca de "0 m³" te cobran la tarifa base pero sin registrar tu consumo real. Si te llegan a registrar tu consumo en 0's o inferior al que marca tu medidor, no pagues el recibo y pide una aclaración. Después toman la lectura real actual y te juntan todo lo que no te registraron en esos meses. Por ejemplo, la tarifa base de mi zona son $200, el consumo promedio es de 12 m³ por bimestre. Si yo consumo 10 m³ y en mi recibo me registran 3 m³, sigo pagando $200, esos 7 m³ que no me registraron me los van a combrar el siguiente bimestre y como va a superar el consumo promedio y el recibo llegará altísimo. A mi ya me pasó, 3 bimestres seguidos me llegaron en "0" y aún así pagué los $200 de tarifa base, seis meses después me llega el recibo con la lectura real y fueron $1,400. Fui a levantar una queja, vinieron a checar el medidor y como no habia fuga que justificara el alto consumo no hicieron nada y tuve que pagar la "deuda"
SCAMMERS Always check that the reading of your receipt agrees with that of the meter, because even if the consumption appears as "0 m³" they charge you the base rate but without recording your real consumption. If your consumption is recorded at 0's or less than what your meter marks, do not pay the receipt and ask for a clarification. Then they take the current real reading and add everything that was not recorded in those months. For example, the base rate in my area is $200, the average consumption is 12 m³ per two months. If I consume 10 m³ and 3 m³ are recorded on my receipt, I continue to pay $200, those 7 m³ that were not recorded will be charged to me the following two-month period and since it will exceed the average consumption and the receipt will be very high. It already happened to me, 3 bimonthly periods in a row they arrived at "0" and even so I paid the $200 base rate, six months later I received the receipt with the actual reading and it was $1,400. Pésimo servicio, levante reporte de falta de medidor en Enero…fui esta semana a solicitar información porque no se ha instalado y no tienen medidores!!! Que regrese en Junio si para esa fecha no se ha instalado, mientras tanto cobran una “cuota” de casi $500 sin saber el consumo real.
Terrible service, report missing meter in January...I went this week to request information because it hasn't been installed and they don't have meters!!! Come back in June if it has not been installed by that date, meanwhile they charge a "fee" of almost $500 without knowing the real consumption.

Pésimo servicio, para pagar pasas de inmediato pero si se trata de quejas o alguna aclaración por el cobro excesivo y mala calidad del agua hay poco e ineficiente personal, tardas 4 horas formado y solo atienden hasta las 12, Es increíble que sean tan ineficientes y esa oficina sea la única en la que se puede hacer una aclaración. Así como hay varias cajas recaudadoras deberían de poner más centros de atención a quejas.
Terrible service, to pay you pass immediately but if it is about complaints or any clarification about the excessive charge and poor quality of the water there is little and inefficient staff, it takes 4 hours to train and they only attend until 12, It is incredible that they are so inefficient and that office is the only one in which a clarification can be made. Just as there are several collection boxes, they should have more attention centers for complaints.

5 horas de espera para tratar de hacer un cambio de titular. Al final no se logró porque en mi último recibo me marcaban mi domicilio como casa cerrada, cuando eso no es verdad y el medidor funciona correctamente. Ahora debo regresar con evidencia (fotos del medidor la casa para avalar que todo está bien) para ver qué procede, en lugar de que proporcionen un medio digital donde pueda mandar yo dicha evidencia. Ojalá se modernicen en la atención al cliente.
5 hours of waiting to try to make a headline change. In the end, it was not achieved because in my last receipt they marked my address as a closed house, when that is not true and the meter works correctly. Now I have to return with evidence (photos of the house's meter to guarantee that everything is fine) to see what happens, instead of them providing a digital medium where I can send said evidence. I hope they update their customer service.
