★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los camiones y camionetas no están en buenas condiciones, nos llovió y nos estábamos inundando, el servicio a cliente y logística son inexistentes, no salimos en los tiempos establecidos y solo vi 2 veces al "coordinador" cuando al inicio se presentó y al final cuando dijo que ya no pasaríamos por la parada que nos ofreció el primer día, no hay control del grupo y quienes deberían coordinar son los primeros que fallan en los horarios ya que llevan a sus familias, para la salida estuvimos preparados a la hora indicada y salimos hasta 2 horas después por que aun los coordinadores estaban esperando a su familia y pasaron a dejar envases de cerveza que pidieron antes, el viaje se hace muy pesado por todas estas situaciones y no va a dirigido a la satisfacción del cliente si no del staff.
The trucks and vans are not in good condition, it rained and we were flooding, customer service and logistics are non-existent, we did not leave in the established times and I only saw the "coordinator" 2 times when he presented himself at the beginning and at the end when He said that we would no longer go through the stop that he offered us on the first day, there is no control of the group and those who should coordinate are the first to fail in the schedules since they take their families, for the departure we were prepared at the indicated time and we left up to 2 hours later because the coordinators were still waiting for their family and they started to leave beer bottles that they requested before, the trip is very heavy due to all these situations and it will not be aimed at the satisfaction of the client but of the staff.
