★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give this bank a 0 rating.Beware when dealing with this bank,they told me they do not wire money to Canada and gave me a cheque to take back.The cheque went to collections then came back no money so basically they have stolen over$10.0000 Canadian from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment today to see Dario and open a new account with more than $1 million. After sitting for 30 minutes past appointment time, and repeatedly asking male receptionist to let Dario know we were waiting, he finally told receptionist to have someone else help us! Meanwhile, everyone who had been available and could have helped us if Dario had said something sooner, was busy. We waited another 10 minutes and then let them know we would take our business elsewhere. Very Unimpressed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far I've been pretty satisfied. No bank here is perfect, still atempting online banking but I was able to deposit a check from my US account here. The funds took about a week to get, then they were able to wire the funds to S&S auto where I purchased my new car. Alejandra is very professional, it just takes time and a lot of signatures to open an account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intercam has been our bank here in Ajijic for a year and a half. Setting up our account was easy with the help of Elizabeth Vilaseñor, our banking representative. She helped with all the documentation, made sure we had our debit cards, explained how to do incoming wire transfers and walked us through that a couple of times, and set up our mobile app. During the application process, when my husband's signature didn't match, she came to the house to help us get it right. It helps to speak some Spanish for teller transactions, but there is always someone available to help. Currently, they are carefully following all COVID protocols.
