★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have tried 3 banks since buying a condo in Nuevo Vallarta and Intercam is the absolute BEST of them all! Once a customer, you can make a depoist in US currency or write a personal US check from your hometown bank or credit union's account to deposit. The best part is their service! Forget the other banks, just go directly to Intercam! We wasted frustrated years with the difficulties with the other banks before we found Intercam. For snowbirds, there is no other Mexican bank like Intercam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. Our personal banker Miguel came to our home and filled out the application for us on a Friday night. On Monday he called to say our ATM debit cards were ready. Each visit to the bank is pleasant with no more than one person in line. We are able to transfer USD into our Intercam account very easily.

Not to forget intercam is not a real Mexican bank, it's a savings bank cannot give credit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're OK with them messing everything up, bank here!!! Also, bring sleeping bags.. You'll be there for a long time doing ANYTHING outside of a simple withdrawal. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life! I wouldn't keep a cent in this bank. My Father has an open account with this bank and unfortunately he has passed away. They won't release his funds or close his account and are giving me a serious runaround dodging my phone calls and not replying to my emails. Shameful and tasteless. I hope they aren't trying to steal his money but it sure feels like it. Someone please help.
