ATM is a cash trap! Avoid this bank! After talking to this bank they avoid helping you. Manager even disappeared to avoid a talk. Staff tried to be friendly but didn’t help. Seems this bank is corrupt. Also the ‘Tourist police’ is corrupt.

I never post reviews but this experience was horrible. Went to open. Account got all the requirements. 3 days later wanted same requirements again. 5 days later want more of same requirements wow it was inept and worst customer service I ever seen. To many bank available to mess with this one

The conversion rate is litterally robbery. Use any ATM but this one!

Very very bad!!! No words for the service. After six weeks of promises still no account!!!! Please dont you ever open an account overthere!

Used this ATM for pesos. Was only charged 70 pesos by them. Much better than Scotia.

Terrible Online experience , the App deserve ZERO star!! I ve never seen such an Awful Application . Almost every time I have to call Customer Service to Login . and if you don't use it for a while , everything is blocked , so I cannot do any operation: NADA !! we have to wait until the office is open ... In which century are we ?? and if you show a bit of disappointment to Customer Service online (and staying polite!) : THEY HANG UP !! As simple as that !! I would certainly not recommend this Bank !! I ve to say that the people at the Office are very nice and ready to help. But going everytime to the office when you got a online problem ... doesn't make sense to me, at all!! Also, NO purchase available online too !! they say you have to call Customer Service , but most of the time it's not working ! so, no payment online!!

I have an account here and also Inbursa and before I had Scotiabank they were 1 star horrible. these guys are a little better, you have to understand all banking in Mexico is terrible and it is standard practice to make people wait hours and return over multiple days to open an account. Ive wasted some hours of my life waiting around in this bank just for simple issues that would take 15 min in USA. welcome to Mexico

Terrible experience. I tried opening an account with Intercam in Playa del Carmen when I was in Mexico. I was advised that the process takes 5-10 days. The manager Francisco promised to do his best in order to complete the process within 5 days. It is 3 weeks since I applied and nothing is ready, the manager doesn't reply to my request at all. When calling in most of people don't speak English and those who do can not help at all. I don't think this organization can even be considered a bank, people are extremely unprofessional.
