★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped by with a couple hundred US which we need to change to pesos. coming from across town there was no parking. I stayed in the Car while the wife went in. I was forced to move the car so some could get out of the parking area. By the time I circled the block was still unable to get a parking spot. Double parking again. After about 10-15 the wife pops out a bit miffed. After having stood in line the Teller explains she would have to Deposit the Cash into our Account and then wait 20 minutes to withdraw the cash in pesos. Their forte is the speak english, the service agents work to be very helpful the BANK just SUCKS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single time I have tried to use the ATMs at the Centro location, they are either out of service or indicate they are dispensing your money and nothing comes out. Happened again today. It has never happened to me at the Marina ATM. My advice - stay away from those ATMs. Galling that after two years of consistent issues, nothing has been resolved. SAD!!

I am writing this review waiting to close my account because while the people are nice, every aspect of using this bank - funding my account, online banking, anything - has been hassle filled.
Have been waiting for over a half an hour to close my account. And this is the second attempt… everything with this bank has been a bad experience.
Americans, Canadians and other expats: Open an account at Cibanco, and presto! None of the problems experienced with this bank. I learned this from an expat from Hong Kong, opened on there, and no hassles.
Still waiting to close my account…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One teller window open with a full lobby, customer is always wrong, employees have attitude, no ATMs, a 2 year old could develop a better mobile app. Banked here 3 years, but I'm done. It's like taking a time warp to a bank from the 80s with how inconvenient it is. Truly impressively bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careful on atm withdrawals. Attempted to withdraw on Feb 1, took the money from my us bank account, but did not dispense the cash. Disputed with my bank, and Intercam denies this occurred. Hmm..happened to several that morning. Shame on you Intercam.
May 2022 update. After Intercam denied it occurred and misrepresented to the international banking world, in May 2022, a credit appeared in my account. Glad they fixed it, but seems untrustworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life! I wouldn't keep a cent in this bank. My Father has an open account with this bank and unfortunately he has passed away. They won't release his funds or close his account and are giving me a serious runaround dodging my phone calls and not replying to my emails. Shameful and tasteless. I hope they aren't trying to steal his money but it sure feels like it. Someone please help.
