★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not the place you want to do business with, a savings account was opened in 2016 and no information was provided about the account. only a little card with a "Clave de Cliente" and nothing else. I've been trying to reach anybody that could help me out but I just get the run around. Horrible service, I don't understand how they're still in business.
Reply to owner: I did contact Customer Service Center, they gave me the run around too and suggested to call the location the account was opened and speak to the Representative who "Help" open the account.
