★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya pagado el producto, por trámites que deben hacer para sacar el producto de bodega tienen al cliente esperando media hora, debe ser más ágil para el cliente. Tener un protocolo para este caso de 5 min se convirtió en 1/2 hora.
