★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considero que necesitan más variedad de pisos en cuanto a exteriores, el precio es igual al de la competencia, la comunicación del personal en sucursal es pésima ya que no brindan la información necesaria al cliente para recoger el material, hablas por teléfono y no te regresan la llamada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masó servicio de entrega, te avisan 3 horas antes de cerrar y te dicen que si no recoges en este día tu pedido se tendrá q reordenar y tardar más, para empeorar todo te traen de una a otra sucursal para tratar de liquidar y poder recoger en almacén, te hacen perder tu tiempo y no te apoyan en nada, es una sucursal con mala atención a cliente, no recomiendo

Aquí el que manda es el almacenista que ya se quiere ir y pues con la mano en la cintura te dicen que ya no te van a atender aunque aún están en horario. Aquí el que manda es la flojera, y los empleados son la representación de la empresa. Evitaré la molestia de tener que tratar con empresas tan ineptas, Lee en facebook sus comentarios, puras quejas del pésimo servicio.... Hay otras empresas donde si eres importante y si tienen ganas de atender y dar el servicio. Busca alternativas que en Querétaro hay muchas....*no compres aquí* ojalá nadie compré y se den cuenta de que del cliente vivien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sala de exhibición estaba muy actualizada y los empleados muy serviciales. Tenían lugares para sentarse. El estacionamiento era totalmente gratuito. Su horario de servicio es muy conveniente aunque deberían considerar abrir los domingos. El lugar es muy accesible y fácil de ubicar.
The showroom was very up to date and the employees very helpful. They had places to sit. The parking was completely free. Their hours of service are very convenient although they should consider opening on Sundays. The place is very accessible and easy to locate.

Cabe mencionar que es sucursal chica y por ende no tienen todo el material disponible en esa tienda por lo que es muy posible que tengas que recoger tu materiales en el centro de distribución que esta en jurica.
Aceptan diferentes métodos de pago.
