★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque el trato es pesimo, más ahora en pandemia el que esta en poliforum, creo que si compras pisos o articulos de baño tan caros, minimo mereces ser bien tratado, no te atienden rapido y siempre hay poco personal cuando tienen las medidas suficientes puedes estar 2 o 3, siempre hay uno y esta de mal humor. De la calidad de la producto no me puedo quejar, pero pareciera que como compras seguido o te tipo de piso compras va la atención

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE servicio, ordenas 1 color de una pieza existente en la tienda, ni siquiera de un catalogo!, la mandan a traer de no se donde , the entregan otro color completamente distinto y luego te dicen que no te van a reembolsar tu dinero por su error e incompetencia, que si quieres te dan un crédito para comprar alguna otra cosa, osea casi como si no tuvieras comprobante de compra y estuvieras regresando algo, increíble que se alucinen que tienes que pagar por su ineptitud , lo último que quiero es comprarles algo si ya me arruinaron mi tiempo de construcción y diciéndome que ya ni siquiera tienen en existencia el color que pedi y ellos mismos ordenaron así que, cero, tache , caro, corriente y cab&0₩€$, si estuviese en México la profeco sería lo mínimo que les caería, solo porque mi hermano ya está muy grande para andar dando tantas vueltas, pero por lo demás el resto del proyecto no usará esta tienda, con suerte y jamas será necesario regresar
