★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general la tienda está bien, pero les falta más variedad de productos, considerando que en la zona de Coapa sólo existe esa tienda y ver productos por catálogo electrónico no es lo mismo que verlos físicamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algunos productos son bonitos, los precios de acuerdo al producto, el personal amable sin embargo manejan una política de no cambios ni devoluciones lo que obliga al cliente a quedarse con lo que compra, una vez que compre revise bien su mercancía (que no esté rota, caducada, rayada o estrellado) cuando le hagan la entrega, de se así no la reciba, ya que una vez recibido olvídese de la devolucion de su dinero, asi que si va a comprar algo en este lugar este bien seguro porque no habrá cambios ni devoluciones.

Pero noté algunas lozetas no satisfactorias y claramente se los dije que las iba a revisar todas. Es indispensable que cada centímetro sea óptimo para mi perfecto trabajo ya concluido. Ya que todo va a centrómero medido. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención desde el gerente general, hasta los vendedores en especial la señorita Laura y el señor Miguel. Te asesoran a la hora de comprar con mucha atención y si no tienes idea de como quedaría tu diseño de piso, pared, etc. Te mandan a un diseñador y te hacen un Render sin costo y te enamoras... Lo recomiendo.
Excellent attention from the general manager, to the salespeople, especially Miss Laura and Mr. Miguel. They advise you when buying very carefully and if you have no idea how your floor, wall, etc. design would be. They send you to a designer and they make you a free Render and you fall in love ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tipo de la bodega que hace las entregas parece que te hace un favor al entregarte el producto que ya pagaste. Sale por su café antes de atenderte y se hizo el gracioso diciéndome que "compre en otra tienda" si no quiero tener problemas con la entrega del producto. Pésimo servicio, el mismo dice que no importa lo que digan los vendedores, él regresa el producto para no maltratarlo si no van por el aun cuando le dije que llame a la vendedora porque no circulaba y tenia que ir por el producto un día después.
The guy from the warehouse that makes the deliveries seems to be doing you a favor by giving you the product you already paid for. He comes out for his coffee before serving you and was funny telling me to "buy in another store" if I don't want to have problems with the delivery of the product. Terrible service, he himself says that no matter what the sellers say, he returns the product so as not to mistreat it if they don't go for it even when I told him to call the seller because it wasn't circulating and he had to go for the product a day later.
