Asumo una parte de la culpa de no ser específico en la pieza faltante, sin embargo al querer hacer el cambio y seguir comprando más… resulta que no pueden hacer cambios porque los trajeron para mi pedido. Realmente no hay razón para no hacer el cambio y atender a un cliente. Este es un ejemplo de una compañía que claramente tiene como prioridad sus procesos y razones internas antes que atender y solucionar al cliente.
Háganse un favor y compren en un lugar como Home Depot, donde el movimiento entre almacenes o sus manejos de inventarios no los afecten a ustedes como clientes.
Muy mala experiencia y sinceramente no creo que les importe en lo absoluto.
After being a customer for years, we ordered parts by mistake. I assume part of the blame for not being specific about the missing piece, however wanting to make the change and continue buying more… it turns out that they cannot make changes because they brought them for my order. There really is no reason not to make the switch and serve a customer. This is an example of a company that clearly prioritizes its internal processes and reasons before serving and solving the customer.
Do yourself a favor and shop at a place like Home Depot, where the movement between warehouses or your inventory management doesn't affect you as a customer.
Very bad experience and I honestly don't think they care at all.
