★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo quería comprar unos modelos de piso y azulejo para la pared, y me dijeron que no había problema que los iban a traer de la planta de Chihuahua pues no había en bodega, así que pagamos y luego nos llamaron para decirnos que ya no iban a hacer más. Así que tuvimos que ir y elegir otros. Eso sí, el personal es petulante, no dan muy buen servicio. Recomendación: ANTES DE PAGAR PREGUNTEN AL ASESOR QUE SI TENGAN EN BODEGA LO QUE USTEDES QUIEREN. Al final elegimos el Aquarel Ivory en la pared y el Piso es el España Beige, se ve hermosa la cocina. Aquí les dejo la foto.

So we had to go and choose others. Of course, the staff is petulant, they don't give very good service. Recommendation: BEFORE PAYING ASK THE ADVISOR IF THEY HAVE WHAT YOU WANT IN THE WAREHOUSE. In the end we choose the Aquarel Ivory on the wall and the Floor is Spain Beige, the kitchen looks beautiful. Here is the photo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy acudimos a la sucursal Cuitlahuac y nos atendió un supuesto Omar Carrasco fue el nombre que nos dio, la atención de esta persona es pésima, es cero cordial, despota, le hablas y te contesta de muy mala gana sin dejar de ver su celular, parece que te está haciendo un favor.
Que mal que traten así a los clientes.
Ojalá pongan atención a esto ,ya que seguramente trata igual a mucha gente.

I was assured it would not be an issue. 2 weeks later they made it as difficult as possible. When I raised my voice and asked for the manager, it turned out my salesman was the manager. Things got easier from there. But why did I have to raise my voice to get them to honor their word?!
