Y los cargadores no quisieron llevársela para el cambio.
Dijeron que tardaba demasiado como 15 días y se negaron a ayudarme.
Llame al gerente y dice que solo 3 días para hacer el reclamo. La verdad que p..o servicios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, dejan en claro que solo les importa conseguir su comisión de venta. Venden mercancía que no tienen en existencia y no tienen la seguridad si la van a tener. Compramos un azulejo y nos dijeron que lo podíamos recoger en esa tienda la siguiente semana. Después dijeron que no iban a tener el azulejo dentro de un mes. Después de que llego el piso nos dijeron que no lo podíamos recoger en tienda, que se tenia que recoger en aviación.
Terrible service, they make it clear that they only care about getting their sales commission. They sell merchandise that they do not have in stock and they do not have the security if they are going to have it. We bought a tile and they told us that we could pick it up in that store the following week. Then they said they were not going to have the tile in a month. After the floor arrived they told us that we could not pick it up in the store, that it had to be picked up in aviation.
