★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Me rompieron una caja y me dijeron que la reponían en el lugar de entrega. Nadie contesta en los teléfonos, la gerente de la sucursal San Angel no quiso contestar el teléfono. Tuve que llamar a otra sucursal y cuando pude hablar con la gerente, me dicen que yo tengo que ir por lo que resta del material aunque fueron los empleados quienes lo rompieron. Pésimo servicio, nadie quiere dar atención.
Terrible service. They broke a box for me and told me that they would replace it at the place of delivery. Nobody answers the phones, the manager of the San Angel branch did not want to answer the phone. I had to call another branch and when I was able to talk to the manager, they told me that I had to go for the rest of the material, even though it was the employees who tore it up. Terrible service, nobody wants to pay attention.
