Ya que están descargando los camiones que surten a la tienda.
2o. Regreso el día 03 del presente mes por más adhesivo gris rápido y me dicen que no hay, de nueva cuenta, si yo fuera directivo de esta empresa ya hubiera despedido a tan ineficiente personal que este a cargo de esto, como es posible el no prever las existencia y evitar estos percances en tiendas del prestigio de Interceramic ? Cabe aclarar que esto sucedió en la tienda de av. López Portillo en Coacalco, en el primer caso, porque no programan las entregas de material a tienda en tiempos que no afecten al cliente ? Y en el segundo, dar seguimiento a su existencia de material y antes de llegar a término ya tener solicitado la provisión correspondiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré loseta para muro y llegó con un formato (tamaño) diferente, para la devolución no hubo problema pero tuve que ir con otro proveedor para conseguir la loseta ya que al día siguiente ya tenía contratado y comprometido al colocador.

Este formato de tienda Interceramic es mucho mejor porque se exhiben todos los modelos y es facil y agradable escoger lo que uno desea
Los formatos de tienda nueva son incómodos y es difícil hacer elecciones porque los diferentes modelos de productos no están exhibidos sino guardados en racks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando buscas comparar “pisos” sueles evitar lugares que en apariencia son más “caros” o alguien te comenta que son los Precios más elevados que en otros lugares y evitas vivir la experiencia.
Si alguien te hace eso, ignora por favor, en la medida de la comparación esta la toma de una mejor decisión, de eso no hay duda, y en este caso no te limites de poder encontrar aquello que estabas buscando, y lo mejor es a precio competitivo. No es lo más barato pero tampoco son precios lejanos a la posibilidad de alguien que ya tiene en mente un proyecto de este tipo. La atención es buena, apoyan tus dudas y si lo requieres generan propuesta que puede ser útil.
Para recoger el material tiene opciones de entrega pero si es “poco” (desconozco cómo determinan eso) debes llevarlo por tu cuenta, o pagar el flete completo.
Creo que deberían de tener la posibilidad de entregas por ruta o algo así, de cualquier manera se tardan 1 día como mínimo en algunos materiales para que puedas recogerlos por qué no los tienen en existencia.

If someone does that to you, please ignore, as far as the comparison is concerned, a better decision is being made, there is no doubt about that, and in this case do not limit yourself to being able to find what you were looking for, and the best thing is to competitive price. It is not the cheapest but neither are prices far from the possibility of someone who already has a project of this type in mind. The attention is good, they support your doubts and if you require it, they generate a proposal that may be useful.
To collect the material you have delivery options but if it is "little" (I do not know how they determine that) you must take it on your own, or pay the full freight.
I think they should have the possibility of deliveries by route or something like that, anyway they take at least 1 day on some materials so you can pick them up because they don't have them in stock.
