It is a small but well organized place. The service is good and you can find good quality materials. So far everything is fine. However, requesting that they bring an apartment from Guadalajara or Monterrey can be an ordeal, their delivery times in those scenarios are uncertain and they will only say that they are in transit in the scenario where they answer you. That is, if you are in a hurry to have an apartment that you do not have in the warehouse, arm yourself with patience. They should consider that if they are going to buy a flat that will take 1 month to arrive, it will be a problem to ask for an additional box (if the people who delivered it had the delicacy to break a box during transportation). On the other hand, asking to buy something additional in the interim and asking them to take it along with what is missing is a real triumph, if they do not forget to bring it (because they did not tell the person who would take the material what things were missing). Of course, they are kind enough to call you at the end of the day to ask if there is someone who can receive the material. So, good care, good materials, but in deliveries they are a disaster. Buy if you have no choice.
