★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encontré buena calidad y de todos precios, lo que no encontré fue amabilidad , el vendedor súper descortés y cero amable, le hacía preguntas y no me contestaba . Realmente pésima atención al cliente .
I found good quality and all prices, what I did not find was kindness, the super rude and zero friendly seller, I asked him questions and he did not answer me. Really lousy customer service.

Lamentablemente tuve que asistir a esta sucursal a recoger un pedido que había solicitado en otro lugar y la reacción del gerente fue incomoda al decirme que podía pedirlo ahí porque era muy engorroso el papeleo y el trabajo de pedirlo en otro lado y recogerlo en su sucursal. La verdad no le costó más que una llamado, un par de impresiones y hubiera sido agradable una buena atención, habría tal vez cambiando de opinión respecto a esa sucursal. Cabe mencionar que el gerente hizo un par de comentarios groseros respecto a mi persona.
The attention and service is not very good. Unfortunately I had to go to this branch to pick up an order that I had ordered elsewhere and the manager's reaction was uncomfortable when he told me that I could order it there because the paperwork and the work of ordering it elsewhere and picking it up at his branch was very cumbersome. The truth is that it didn't cost him more than a call, a couple of impressions and good attention would have been nice, he might have changed his mind about that branch. It is worth mentioning that the manager made a couple of rude comments about me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien en la atención al cliente por pare de los asesores y del gerente excelentes precios, como todo, económicos y caros para todos los gustos y carteras, le hubiera dado las 5 estrellas pero son limitadas las tarjetas de crédito para meses sin intereses, de ahí en fuera bien todo!!!!
Well in customer service for the advisors and the manager excellent prices, like everything, cheap and expensive for all tastes and portfolios, I would have given the 5 stars but credit cards are limited for months without interest, hence everything was fine outside !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy que fuí a visitar la tienda obtuve un pésimo servicio ya q había un sólo vendedor; ya que te toca tu turno te presionan para q les enseñes q quieres, te dejan hablando, no te brindan el tiempo y sugerencias y se van con el mejor postor; muchos entramos a cotizar y ver si nos conviene o no y si nos gusta y es una decisión para prácticamente toda tu vida ya que están haciendo tu casa y obviamente estás escogiendo y buscando entre uno y otro modelo que hay, pero la atención fué pésima!! Tenía varios modelos en mente y al final me fuí sin nada y con muy mal sabor de boca
Today when I went to visit the store I got a lousy service since there was only one seller; since it's your turn they pressure you to show them what you want, they leave you talking, they don't give you the time and suggestions and they go with the highest bidder; Many of us go in to quote and see if it suits us or not and if we like it and it is a decision for practically your whole life since you are building your house and obviously you are choosing and searching between one model and another, but the attention was terrible! ! I had several models in mind and in the end I left with nothing and a very bad taste in my mouth.
