InterContinental Presidente Cancun Resort, an IHG Hotel - 77500 Cancún

I had a very relaxing stay and very restful sleep. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom amenities were outstanding, and the room was very clean. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. I chose this hotel because of the beach location and I was not disappointed. The water is calm for swimming. I don’t go to Tulum anymore because the waves are always too strong for me there. I love coming to Cancun instead. I enjoyed laying under the palm trees and swimming in the turquoise water. The sand is especially soft and white. In the evenings, I spent time in the Club lounge and Miguel who works there, was very attentive to all the guests. I wish there were more regional/traditional dishes on the menu. When I go to Mexico, I want to feel I’m in Mexico and not Italy! I was very lucky one morning because I had Cochinita Pibil in the Club Lounge! At Caribeño restaurant during breakfast time, I had to request tortillas from the kitchen since they were not readily available. Overall, I enjoyed my stay tremendously! I am recommending it to all. I would love to come back!!!

BThe hotel is very nice and the beach is really calm. They kept the baggage for us because we arrived early and enjoyed the amenities without problem. Everybody was very nice. The spa, another highlight, specially Margarita and Daniel, were great. Daniel gave us a tour of the spa prior to booking a massage and they were very friendly. I highly recommend to try the spa and the massages. My girlfriend and I left very relaxed and you can use the jacuzzi all day long if you want. Very good choice for our vacations!

A friend and I stayed at the Presidente Intercontinental property in Cancun from April 3 through April 7, 2022. From the moment of our arrival we knew that we had made the right choice. Everyone, from the reception staff, to housekeeping, to beach and restaurant personnel made us feel welcome and added to the pleasure of our stay at this beautiful property. Our room was spacious and clean with all the amenities one could require. The housekeeping staff serviced the room early in the day and supplied us with fresh water, coffee, lotions, soaps and shampoo daily. We enjoyed every minute of the time we spent on the beautiful, uncrowded beach and also enjoyed the two crystal clear pools. Perhaps our very favorite experience was the fabulous restaurant. In fact, we dined there each and every night of our stay. Each dinner was remarkable with food prepared exactly to our taste and served by the friendliest, happiest, most unforgettably delightful. servers, Antonio and Ruben. Kudos to chef, Medacia, bartender, Francisco and manager Alberto and the entire staff of the restaurant for a five star dining experience.

I had a great quick getaway to the resort, with it being 8 years since my last visit to Cancun and first time visiting the property since the renovations. The upgraded room was spacious and the luxury of the rainfall shower is not to be underestimated. Beyond the physical amenities, it was the staff and their helpfulness that truly put this visit over the edge. Miguel in the Club Lounge and Eduardo in El Cab were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Vacationing alone can feel lonely at times, but not on this trip!

This hotel was everything I saw in photos and more. The beach was well maintained and clean, plenty of chairs and lifeguard on duty. Food was absolutely perfect. Service was phenomenal and exemplary! Left my Chanel glasses behind and staff found me to return them. My daughter left her phone behind and it was also returned. I had complete peace of mind while staying at this hotel.

We stayed here for a girls trip and we really enjoyed this resort. The restaurants on the resort were great and priced well. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The pool was beautiful. The beach was phenomenal. I walked by a few neighboring beaches and the Presidente's Beach was the superb location. It was clean of debris and seaweed. All around great resort and great stay. All the staff was prompt, friendly and helpful.

From entering the hotel lobby, to the Bali beds on the beach, this resort is beautiful. The cleanest beachfront, plenty of area to relax, and the best customer service ever. Everyone we spoke to was beyond kind and greeted us with welcoming smiles. The food and drinks are phenomenal. Special THANK YOU’s to: Luis in the restaurant, who made us feel so welcome each morning, for the amazing breakfasts; Claudia/Alberto/Axel/Felipe/Martiniano/Victor for taking such great care of us while we enjoyed the beach, with food and drinks; Gonzalo/Jeremy/Eleazar who make phenomenal drinks in the bar; Daniel from room service, who had the best customer service. I am also wanting to acknowledge the Concierge/Front Desk/Valet. To say they are professional and helpful, is an understatement. To all the outdoor/indoor restaurant staff, you were wonderful! The housekeeping staff was excellent. The car service to and from the airport was exceptional. We know we are forgetting some names, but want to say THANK YOU to the entire staff, for such an amazing time. We will be back!

The hotel location was perfect for people who like a little peaceful and quiet environment. (Away from bar/clubs, but not far to walk there) Good restaurants, shops nearby, and Hotel offer a great breakfast buffet with a variety of food choices. The swimming pool/ beach was amazing, and they have an in-room COVID testing service. We received the result in 30 min. Their accommodation was great and the room was clean daily. I really enjoyed the stay and would love to return again in the future.
