★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Presidente in Santa Fe is an outstanding hotel to stay at, customer service is very professional and helpful at all times. Location is excellent surrounded by many types of restaurant and a mayor shopping mall within walking distance. Highly recommended for any demanding traveler

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The intercontinental Presidente Sta Fe is always my home away from home. I love this hotel and I have been staying here since they opened in 2009 or so. The location is perfect. Safe area and there is absolutely zero road noise even though it is next to the busy freeway, the high level rooms have zero noise. I love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a perfect stay. Spacious suite - upgraded for the Loyalty. Special mention to Concierge Mr. Leonel scheduling Covid test at a nearby lab for return flight, Caring staff.
Good restaurants nearby. A beautiful new park in walking distance recommended by concierge for morning or evening walk.
Busy roads so crossing is challenging in rush hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Hotel in Santa Fe, great location and the Hotel Staff is the best. Front Desk personnel full committed to make sure you have a great stay experience. Excellent service for Restaurants Reservations and COVID Test information. Rooms are very clean and the room service is really good. I believe that Andres Rodriguez leadership focus on customer service makes a big difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a great place to stay. After exploring the beautiful city and pyramids it was nice coming back to the comfortable surroundings of the hotel and room to unwind. Staff very attentive and courteous. A great place to stay while in Mexico City. Will certainly come again.

While they are experiencing shortage of personnel due to Covid restrictions, the remaining staff is doing everything to compensate this do it is almost unnoticeable, except at the restaurant -Breakfast. The poor waiter was running like crazy and evidently it was slow service, but understandable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fancy hotel at a good price. Our room had a great view and was very nice. Staff was very friendly and all of them spoke English. Not sure why the other intercontinental is so expensive compared to this one. Santa Fe is probably the richest and nicest area of CDMX. Hotel arranged covid testing for my wife and in our room so we could meet airline requirements to fly back to the USA. Very convenient service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only stayed at the Intercontinental for one night but it was superb thanks to the staff! They were very friendly and helpful, especially Juan Leonel who arranged a taxi to pick me up from the airport and greeted me in person when I arrived at the hotel after a long traffic jam. Even after I left the hotel to stay somewhere else, he helped me book an antigen test for travel to the US. Also, thanks to Meredith for helping me figure out how to get to my next destination, Puebla! The hotel itself is very modern and snazzy, and the suite with a washing machine and balcony feels more like a one-bedroom apartment in a service apartment.
