 Terrible service. I've been waiting since 6pm for my gas tank to be filled, it's 10:30pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal, no revisan las valvulas de los tanques y traen fugas es peligrosisimo que vendan recargas y tanques asi.
Too bad, they don't check the valves of the tanks and they bring leaks, it is extremely dangerous for them to sell refills and tanks like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las chicas que atienden el servicio de la via telefonica son muy groseras. Tenía una queja sobre la mala información que estaban proporcionandome y en las dos llamadas que hice que colgaron el telefono.
The girls who attend the telephone service are very rude. I had a complaint about the bad information they were giving me and in the two calls I made they hung up the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan mucho en surtir el tranque hasta 5 horas, me dejaron un tanque en malisimas condiciones y por un detsllito en un tanque que se llevaron me cobraron 150 de más... llame varias veces para poner mi queja y me cuelgan, dicen que traerán a un técnico y nada...
They take a long time to fill the dam up to 5 hours, they left me a tank in terrible conditions and for a small detail in a tank that they took they charged me 150 more... I called several times to make my complaint and they hang up on me, they say they will bring someone a technician and nothing...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Real mente no se merecen ninguna estrella , te mandan menos de la mitad del producto y se escudan diciendo que es por qué subió el precio del gas y su comicion , tres recargas según de 13 kilos me duraron un mes con una estufita sencilla y boiler por una hora cada tercer día !!! Son una verdadera estafa , y por culpa de estás compañías , el bolsillo de los laguneros está e quiebra !! Que cspm
They really don't deserve any stars, they send you less than half of the product and they hide behind saying that it's because the price of gas and their commission went up, three refills of 13 kilos lasted me a month with a simple stove and boiler for one hour every third day!!! They are a real scam, and because of these companies, the pocket of the lagoons is bankrupt! what cspm
