Pague en efectivo una sala para que me dieran el 20% en monedero electrónico, les pregunté que si podía escoger las telas al día siguiente por que llevaba prisa y me dijeron que no había ningún problema, les dejé mi teléfono para que me avisaran cualquier cosa y al día siguiente, vaya sorpresa, no me respetaron la promoción, pedí la devolución de mi dinero y se van a tardar 5 días!!! Le echan la culpa a los supervisores, que uno autorizó pero el otro ya no quiere y yo, cliente, que culpa????? Pésimo servicio, engañan a la gente y no te regresan el dinero de inmediato!
DO NOT COMPLY with the promotions they advertise. I paid in cash for a room so that they would give me 20% in an electronic purse, I asked them if I could choose the fabrics the next day because I was in a hurry and they told me that there was no problem, I left them my phone to let me know anything and the next day, what a surprise, the promotion was not respected, I asked for my money back and it will take 5 days !!! They blame the supervisors, which one authorized but the other no longer wants and I, the client, who blame ????? Terrible service, they deceive people and they don't return your money immediately!

Lo malo: no cumplen con los días de entrega. En específico compré un sofá pagando la entrega rápida (una semana) y se demoró 3 semanas.
The good: you can edit your furniture however you want.
The bad: they do not meet the delivery days. Specifically, I bought a sofa paying for express delivery (one week) and it took 3 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio malísimo, nos cobraban por armar una silla que ni siquiera nos iban a mandar a domicilio, al llevarnos la silla ya armada, se desarmó a los 5 minutos de salir de la tienda
No querían hacernos la devolución que "porque no tengo dinero para regresarle", luego dijeron que a ver como le hacíamos para la devolución que ellos no iban a hacer, que mejor le dijeramos al banco a ver que hacían porque iMöbel no nos iba a dar nada, pésimo todo, horrible la atención y caro a comparación de otras tiendas de muebles, no les recomiendo comprar nada en iMöbel y menos en la tienda de Copilco
Terrible service, they charged us for assembling a chair that they were not even going to send us home, when they took the already assembled chair, it disassembled 5 minutes after leaving the store
They didn't want to give us the refund "because I don't have money to give it back", then they said to see how we could do it for the refund that they weren't going to do, that we better tell the bank to see what they would do because iMöbel wasn't going to give us nothing, terrible everything, horrible attention and expensive compared to other furniture stores, I do not recommend buying anything in iMöbel and even less in the Copilco store
