Lastima por el personal del taller y el chico encargado que es muy amable.
Los contactamos en Expo Guadalajara en diciembre y compramos una mesita infantil que quedaron de pintar y entregar a la brevedad.
En varias ocaciones nos comunicamos para decirle de qué color sería y en qué fecha se entregaría
Me estuvo dando largas y después no contestaba ni mensajes ni llamadas, tuvimos que hacer una cita en el taller para ver si ahí lo podíamos encontrar en persona.
Hoy lunes 10 de febrero llegamos al taller y no estaba, nos recibió el joven encargado del taller muy amable con toda la disposición y nos comunico vía telefónica con el dueño el cual nos dijo que apenas el viernes se lo entregarían, cosa que me molesto demasiado porque cada que hablaba con él me decía que el viernes, después el otro viernes y así.
El caso que al final el joven nos regresó nuestro dinero muy apenado.
Pero le agradecemos mucho.
Pero con el dueño, pésimo trato, mal quedado, cero formalidad y mala publicidad para su negocio.

Today, Monday, February 10, we arrived at the workshop and it was not there, the young man in charge of the workshop was very kind to us with all the provision and told us via telephone with the owner who told us that it would be delivered just Friday, which bothered me too much because every one who talked to him told me that on Friday, then the other Friday and so on.
The case that in the end the young man returned our very distressed money.
But we thank you very much.
But with the owner, bad treatment, badly left, zero formality and bad publicity for your business.
