★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos! Quise hacer una cotización, les mandé las medidas que requería y me mandaron el proyecto que ellos querían, por lo que tuvieron que hacer el proyecto al menor 3 veces porque simplemente no pusieron atención en las medidas. Me dijeron que iba a quedar una olgura entre la pared y el closet y me ofrecieron cubrirlo con el mismo material pero tenia un costo extra de $350, después dijeron que ese solo era el costo del material, porque la mano de obra era de $1,500, casi $2000 por solo tapar una olgura de 2 cm. Después me dijeron que la maquina que corta la famosa tabla sele había descompuesto al instalador y que no pensaba comprar otra, y menos para un proyecto tan chico (closet de 3x2 mts.), y querían darme el material y que yo lo instalará. Hablé a otra sucursal, les expuse lo sucedido y me ofrecieron hacerlo ellos y tomaron medidas de nuevo, quedaron que en 2 días me enviaban otro presupuesto, no sé para que pero en fin, es el día en que nadie más me contactó. Es increíble que tengas que rogar por un servicio que vas a pagar y nada barato. Quise hablar con algún gerente para quejarme por hacerme perder el tiempo pero resulta que no hay, solo hay una persona por sucursal y son las mismas que quedaron mal.

I wanted to make a quote, I sent them the measurements I required and they sent me the project they wanted, so they had to do the project at least 3 times because they simply did not pay attention to the measurements. They told me that there was going to be a gap between the wall and the closet and they offered to cover it with the same material but it had an extra cost of $ 350, then they said that that was only the cost of the material, because the labor was $ 1,500, almost $ 2000 for just covering a 2cm hole. Later they told me that the machine that cuts the famous board had broken the installer down and that he was not thinking of buying another, especially for such a small project (3x2 meter closet), and they wanted to give me the material and that I would install it. I spoke to another branch, I explained what happened and they offered to do it and they took action again, they were that in 2 days they sent me another budget, I do not know for what but anyway, it is the day that no one else contacted me. It is incredible that you have to beg for a service that you are going to pay and nothing cheap. I wanted to speak to a manager to complain about wasting my time but it turns out that there is not, there is only one person per branch and they are the same ones that were bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son malísimos. No tienen nada de gente y se tardan un montón. No saben ni que diablos tienen en exhibición. Son prepotentes, flojos y careros.
Hay mejores en cualquier otro lado opciones.
They are very bad. They don't have any people and they take a long time. They don't even know what the hell they have on display. They are pushy, lazy and expensive.
There are better options everywhere else.
