★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendable, los empleados que tiene los altos puestos y la gente que lleva mas de 5 años ahí, son quienes tienen la preparatoria concluida o trunca o menos además de ser participes en maquillar inventarios y robar piezas de sus clientes como es Mejor Compra. En las rutas Jose Luis Villa planea las rutas con los transportistas para durante la ruta o en su llegada existan situaciones y ellos se queden con las piezas. En Interlogistiks existe acoso laboral además de no llevar acabo las reglas que supuestamente te hacen firmar al ingresar a trabajar ahí. Lo mas grave de todo es que es una empresa que se hace pasar por seria y durante 20 años (o más) no les han hecho inspecciones la Secretaria del trabajo ni tienen un protocolo ante seguridad. La documentación que toda empresa de logística debería de tener simplemente Interlogistiks no la tiene. Si tu quieres crecer profesionalmente, éste no es el lugar puesto que jamás sustituirán a las personas que ya tienen muchos años por mucha maestría que tengas, aquí tu titulo profesional da lo mismo una vez que ya estás adentro. Simplemente un experto en el tema de Seguridad e Higiene y de la secretaría, sabe perfectamente que este es un lugar insalubre. Mas que una opinión a la empresa y a sus futuros empleados, es en verdad una llamada de emergencia a que detengan esta empresa que año tras año permite humillaciones hacia sus empleados sin que los 2 Ingenieros hagan algo y dar como excusa "hay que ser tolerante" La contadora sin duda es una persona mal emocionalmente que permite toda clase de robos con tal de estar a salvo su puesto. El Director general Raoul Daumas ya tiene demencia senil. Como cliente o como empleado es preocupante la situación.
