Es una consecionaria y distribuidora de VW, tiene taller de reparaciones y mantenimiento, cuenta co refacciones originales del grupo VAG. La Sala de exhibicion y ventas es amplia, más a veces parece que hay tantos modelos en existencia, que se ven amontonados,la atención es excelente. El taller es por cita por teléfono o por la Web. Una ocasión entre al taller para ver algo de mi auto y¡¡Que bárbaros!!, hay un sótano enorme, también con gran cantidad de autos por reparar. El servicio de refacciones es de alta calidad, requieren del VIN para que puedan surtir tu refacción a "La Planta"...si no la tienen dispónible, tardan varios días. Los precios son los adecuados, puedes pagar con tarjeta, y el papeleo en la caja es muy lento, tienes que esperar debido a eso. La atención es amable, aunque a veces si se ve al personal carrereado y aburrido. Afuera ya no hay lugar de estacionamiento para visitantes, todo está lleno. En la SEAT hay un Valer Parking muy amable que te ayuda a aparcar.

In the SEAT there is a very friendly Valer Parking that helps you park.

Pésima atención en particular de la asesora Angelica que me hizo compilar vario papeleo y en varias ocasiones mientras terminaba el trámite ya vendía el coche ( prometo que soy un profesional el sector salud y no tengo tiempo que perder) eso pasó dos veces así que fue tiempo perdido tanto para mi que para la asesora fueron varias idas a la concesionaria y casi nadie me hacía caso, hasta les entregué un papel de PRE autorización de crédito con HSBC NI ESO fue suficiente porque luego vendían el coche a quien decían ellos, así que tuve que cambiar de concesionaria SIEMPRE VW y luego luego me vendieron mi Volkswagen que me entregarán en 7 días, como volver complicado lo fácil.

Tengo un Polo 2021 en esa agencia para reparación sobre HYP, desde el día que lo deje quedaron en avisarme o marcarme para confirmarme el inventario del vehículo y la orden de servicio ya que lo reciben con una orden escrita a mano, marco por la tarde o no tenían ni idea del coche Marco al día siguiente para cotejar y con el asesor que me correspondía por fin me contesto me empieza a dar información por cierto errónea, te dicen que ya tienen el coche trabajando y todo, a lo cual no era cierto. Llamo la semana siguiente, contesta otra persona con actitud pésima y de la misma manera pregunto por el proceso del coche y te tratan muy mal, argumentas conoces Maso menos el proceso que se tiene que hacer y peor te tratan. Vuelves a llamar la siguiente semana y lo mismo te atiende otra persona que ni idea del coche no te preguntan datos solo te dicen que aun sigue pendiente y hasta ahí, aclaró en ningún momento e recibido ninguna llamada del asesor o la persona encargada del proceso del coche... Termine marcando a la aseguradora y me dieron mas datos de mi coche ellos que en la misma agencia.... Pésimo servicio en verdad parece como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor.

Very good workshop! Amazing service (specially with "Martin") and very organized. I feel that this dealer has not invested on making improvements on their facilities in many years, customer waiting room is very simple with no attractions. Showroom is old compared to other VW car dealers (including Seat located next to this dealer and part of the group) but all employees are customer oriented, friendly and supportive contributors. I would definitely recommend buying and servicing a VW/Seat car in this dealer.
