Estuve ahí hace unos días para hacer el cambio de aceite a un BMW 118i, la atención inicial de Oscar fue muy buena, el problema empezó cuando me llamaron para comentarme que el cambio de aceite consistiría en 6 litros adicionales de aceite sintético de +300 pesos por litro (Mobil) mas la mano de obra (Yo llevé 1 litro de mi aceite del cambio anterior en mi garrafa de 5l y un aditivo LiquiMoli de 300ml); mi auto lleva 4 litros de aceite , entonces les comenté que no entendía cómo querían colocar 3 litros de aceite mas de la capacidad que tiene el motor, la asistente que me llamó indicaba que mi auto tenía un "Motor grande", les pedí que lo verificaran pues además de tener dos autos con el mismo motor (El otro es un mini Cooper), he tenido varios BMW (330, 540, X3, X5) donde en algunos casos si llevan esas capacidades de aceite, pero este auto tiene un motor pequeño; al final solo me cobraron los 3 litros del aceite adicional y la mano de obra. No se si se confundieron o hubo intención de tomar ventaja, espero no sea el caso pues, darse a conocer por 3 litros de aceite me parece poco inteligente.

Me dijeron que mi carro tenia que usar aceite sintetico porque era nuevo. Puro cuento. Ah y solo pagando efectivo, si pagaba con tarjeta me querian espetar el 16% de IVA. Otra cosa, le dije que me dieran la constancia del mantenimiento, lo que me dieron fue un recibito de juguete escrito a mano que decia cambio aceite, ni decia que usaron sintetico (lo que me cobraron), ni la marca, ni el nombre del producto, ni el kilometraje del auto cuando se hizo, ni cuanto aceite salio y entro al motor, ni fecha, nada. Era un papel que decia cambio de aceite a mano y el precio al lado. no tenia ni fecha se la puse yo al lado y los detalles de los litros de aceite etc. eso no me gusto y tampoco me gusto la entrada y salida del sitio.
