Bad experience. I had to take the IELTS certification, I made my payment on the official website, I selected my date and time, confirmation came to my email. I tried to communicate to corroborate my information but they never answered my call. According to the requirements, receiving confirmation via email was sufficient. I showed up on the corresponding day and time to take my exam and they received me with the surprise that it was not registered, my exam had to be done soon since the result was urgent, I asked them why this had happened if the page is the official one of IELTS, they told me that the system did not work for them, I said yes because the page showed the remaining hours. I asked if I could make an exchange or refund and they told me that I could change but it would take more than a month to give me a date. After discussing the situation they agreed to give me a date by putting me in a private group that would take the exam, they agreed to mark me that same day to confirm (they never did), then I dialed them (they never answered) I ended up going in person, there were no people waiting They were alone and could not even attend to me. In the end they told me that if I wanted it good and if not then I would lose it. I accepted, the day of the exam I showed up early because I was afraid that they would do the same to me again, I had my oral exam before, when I entered the exam, the examiner recorded the conversation but he never knew my applicant number, he did not know who I was and that was recorded, the IH staff told me that perhaps it would be repeated because they would be misquoted as an evaluating institution. It was never repeated, at the end of the results I was left with many doubts about whether my exam was well qualified or not. My general experience was very bad, the treatment of the staff as well. I honestly recommend taking the exam elsewhere in Guadalajara, since fortunately IH is not the only one.

At IH I took a course and exam for the IELTS and it was a very good experience, our teacher was Stuart, who is British and always gave excellent classes, clarified all doubts and was very dynamic, in the end the result of my exam was very good and allowed me to enter my master's degree at King's College London

I signed up to take the IELTS exam and before paying I had the option to choose my schedule for the oral exam. In the end, International House does not respect that schedule and puts you on the schedule you want. You better not have that option on your website if you are not going to respect it

I took my IELTS test here, the attention is not as good as one would hope. About the exam, everything was fine. The place is small and has no parking.

They should update the schedules. I came on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. and the person who attends me was just leaving and told me that he could not attend me because he had to leave.
