Llegamos por casualidad a Internacional Car Rental, nos trataron muy bien, y salimos con una toyota Sienna con deposito de 5 mil , viajamos a cancun y el vehiculo super comodo y en muy excelente estado. Excelente trato y muy buenas condiciones de renta, el seguro amplio sin letras chiquitas y costos "extras". Muy satisfechos. Gracias. We arrived by chance at Internacional Car Rental, they treated us very well, and we left with a Toyota Sienna with a deposit of 5,000, we traveled to Cancun and the vehicle was super comfortable and in very excellent condition. Pagamos la cobertura total para más tranquilidad solo me pidieron $100 de depósito pero por las prisas y error de comunicación no se me reembolsó! Sugerencia esperar a que este dinero se les devuelva y pregunten si incluye lavado de coche, pero es muy buena opción! I rented a car which was in excellent condition in function and interior. We paid full coverage for more peace of mind, they only asked me for a $100 deposit, but due to the rush and communication error, I was not reimbursed! Suggestion wait for this money to be returned and ask if it includes a car wash, but it is a very good option!

They would not provide a receipt for the service and/or give any documentation for our rental agreement. Stay away.
M	Marcus Schwartz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After an extremely bad, nearly hour-long experience with the high-pressure scammers next door at Europcar/Fox I walked out without a car, planning to take a Didi back to Progreso. See my review of them for details about their multiple scam attempts. I was very angry but a salesman from International Rentals approached me and offered to rent me a car. He had a larger, nicer vehicle for less than Europcar was trying to charge me. I was in and out in ten minutes, with no bs upsell and only smiles from the staff. I have noticed that there are only two bad reviews for this company, and they are obviously fake. I can only assume they were posted by shills for the dishonest thieves next door.

These guys were SO nice and amazing and saved my weekend! They were very attentive and gave me a great, new car and it cost about 2/3 of what I would have paid at Europcar with full insurance included as well. I WhatsApped messaged them to ask a question and they responded right away. I don’t think I’ve ever been more pleased with any car rental or had such a pleasant experience!
