★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención para empezar no ay estacionamiento te piden que te quedes en la lateral de la pista expuesto a un golpe o a transito, cuando tienen lugar para estacionar dentro de la agencia, los vendedores nunca están no saben brindar la atención a clientes, los vendedores piensan que te hacen un favor al atenderte

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio tiempo de espera más de una hora no hay quién cobré ojalá que el personal que labora ai conserve su trabajo .si regalaran las refacciones no tendría ningún problema en espérame hasta 5 horas si fuera necesario .es mi humilde opinión y pongan horario en caja o una suplente cuando salga a comer
Very bad service waiting time more than an hour there is no one who charged, I hope that the staff that works ai keep their work. If they gave the spare parts away, I would have no problem waiting for me up to 5 hours if necessary. It is my humble opinion and put hours in box or a substitute when eating out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención al público, orientan perfecto en cuestión de refacciones para camiones y cuentan con un amplio catálogo aún para modelos no recientes. Cuenta con estacionamiento, un poco conflictivo ya que está sobre la autopista Méx-Qro.
Excellent customer service, they provide perfect guidance in terms of spare parts for trucks and have a wide catalog even for non-recent models. It has parking, a bit troublesome since it is on the Méx-Qro highway.
