A	Araceli Montaño on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve hablando con la señorita Fernanda Fraga para información del curso CELTA y de FPELE y nada más no me manda nada, llevo 3 semanas pidiéndole la información y solo me da vueltas. Cada que trato de comunicarme con ella en la sucursal de Coyoacán o me dicen que no esta o si hablo con ella se la pasa riendo y gritando como una loca. Es una grosería por parte de ella hacia todos los clientes. En The Anglo tienen mucho mejor trato que esta persona. I was talking with Miss Fernanda Fraga for information about the CELTA and FPELE course and nothing else sends me anything, I've been asking for the information for 3 weeks and it just turns me around. Every time I try to communicate with her at the Coyoacán branch or they tell me she is not there or if I talk to her, she spends her laughing and screaming like crazy. It is rude by her towards all customers. In The Anglo they have a much better deal than this person.

Si no traen prisa por hacer la certificación, sin duda elíjanlo, por ejemplo a mi novia nunca la inscribieron al CAE a pesar de que pagó medio año antes, y si nos dimos cuenta fue porque yo también presenté la misma certificación pero en el British council y a mi si me mandaron documentos 15 días antes de presentarla. A ella hasta le quisieron echar la culpa de que no la hayan inscrito. Le dieron una nueva fecha un mes después de lo que ella pagó y tuvo que estarlos persiguiendo para que le confirmaran el examen una vez más, y sólo lo hicieron cuando ella ya amenazó con pedir reembolso. Platicando con más personas, justo esa fecha de certificación (noviembre 2018 ) estaba llena de gente que no fue confirmada la inscripción y tuvo que presentar un mes después en reposición. etc... Be very careful when choosing Ih Coyoacán. If you are not in a hurry to do the certification, definitely choose it, for example my girlfriend was never enrolled in the CAE even though she paid half a year before, and if we realized it it was because I also presented the same certification but in the British council And they sent me documents 15 days before presenting it. They even wanted to blame her for not being registered. They gave her a new date a month after what she paid and she had to be chasing them to confirm the exam one more time, and they only did it when she already threatened to ask for a refund. Talking with more people, just that certification date (November 2018) was full of people who had not confirmed the registration and had to present a month later in replacement. etc...

La realización del IELTS a computadora es una herramienta fácil para presentar la prueba y SI entregan los resultados en el tiempo preestablecido. :) I highly recommend IH Coyoacan, they treated me kindly and promptly resolved my doubts. The realization of the IELTS to computer is an easy tool to present the test and IF they deliver the results in the pre-established time. :)
B	Bella Lizárraga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención telefónica y en persona. Te ponen u examen de colocación y te bajan un nivel que "dizque porque su examen así está diseñado!!" La entrevistadora telefónica se portó cortante y bastante ruda y ni se le entendía. Es puro negocio. Mejor fui a The Ango y al British Council a hacer mi examen y ahí sí ambos coincidieron con mi nivel y no me quisieron regresar uno!! Muy mal ustedes!!! Terrible telephone and in person. They give you a placement test and they lower you a level that "because your exam is designed like that !!" The telephone interviewer was curt and quite rude and could not be understood. It's pure business. Better I went to The Ango and the British Council to do my exam and there yes both coincided with my level and they did not want to return me one !! Very bad you!

Tenía 9 años sin acercarme al inglés, pero en el mismo me dieron los elementos para resolverlo de la mejor manera posible. George es muy buen profesor. Altamente recomendable. The course was very useful to obtain a Band Score of 7 in the IELTS. I was 9 years old without approaching English, but they gave me the elements to solve it in the best possible way. George is a very good teacher. Highly recommended.
