This clinic provided me high-quality treatment and staff was really professional. I will highly recommend this clinic to all my relatives and acquinted.

Prices may be a bit high BUT the quality of the service and the medical atenction just excellent, also the clinic is in the middle of the turistic area so you don't have to spend half day on a cab to have medical atention downtown :)

Ripping off tourist! I walked in and asked how much it was to be seen there and was told $160 u.s. plus they would run my Aetna insurance. Then when it was time to pay the bill was $430. The bill stated: Admission fee $50 Consultation $160 ER Physician $90 IM Injection $40----that was my benadryl shot Materials and medication $20 16% tax $57 Debit/credit card payment fee $13 total $430 soo all there extra fee's added up. Also the receptionist then told me she couldn't run my insurance after all for some b.s. reason about being international and I will have to file my own claim when I get home.That is because they wanted to run my card that day for the full amount and insurance doesn't cover credit card fees. We love Mexico and happily pay tourist prices. This is the first time I have been ripped off in Mexico and it was by a company that looks legitimate at a glance. Also the Dr. looked like was 16 years old; probably the son of the real Dr. who was out spending the money they steal from me. Bad for tourism. also I contacted the corporate website and they responded that i can send them my bill and they will help me understand it. what a scam

Most of the review here read like bought fake reviews. All the longer reviews are negative, so as a potential patient be aware of their obvious ripoff methods and read the other reviews. Thank you!

Appalling rip off centre. My wife and I went to see these people and told them she had conjunctivitis and required a prescription to clear up the problem. She had already purchased eye drops which failed to work. She saw a doctor in the clinic for approximately 10 minutes who wrote a prescription for some pills and eye ointment. I was told that I could purchase the prescription items for 40 US Dollars. I declined this offer because it seemed a lot of money and there was a pharmacy next door. I was then presented with an invoice for 611 US Dollars! I expressed disgust at the totally outrageous amount of money demanded for a doctor to write a prescription and advised that I did not have that money in cash and they did not take Amex. I was then informed that the police would be called if I had no means of payment. I left my wife in the clinic and returned to our hotel hoping I had brought my MasterCard on holiday. Fortunately I had brought the card and paid the exorbitant invoice under protest We then went next door to the pharmacy and bought the prescription items for 17 US Dollars! Keep away from these people they are disgraceful rip off merchants.

I came to Mexico to see my fiancé in January. Not only did COVID restrictions and requirements change for me but they also did for him. I paid about 270$-280$ for my test, which I know IS a lot, but I actually received great service. The staff were very friendly, quick, and helpful. The nurse/doctor who gave me my test was extremely patient and kind. When I reached out desperately looking for a covid test for my partner, they quickly made us an appointment for the next morning without any hassle. If you’re willing to spend the money this is the place to go. It’s one of the cleanest clinics in all of Cancun. Best part is, they didn’t even ask me to write this review!
