★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su conexión al internet es estable en la mayor parte del tiempo ya que es proveida por Hughes. Sin embargo, su servicio al cliente es de muy baja calidad a pesar de que su precio es muy alto. No recomiendo esta empresa si tienen otras opciones de internet en su área.
Compré el servicio sin contrato. El representante me dijo que el período mínimo es 3 meses, y tenía que hacer el depósito del pago de un mes. Entendí que se regresa el depósito cuando se cancela después de 3 meses. Sin embargo, cuando cancelé el servicio después de 3 meses, me dijeron que no devuelve el depósito, y se usa ese dinero para el pago del cuarto mes. Eso quiere decir que el período mínimo es realmente 4 meses.
Además, pensé que el período del pago de un mes termina después de 30 días desde el inicio de servicio. Pero después me dijeron que hasta el fin de ese mes. Es decir, si uno empieza el servicio en el mediado de un mes, ellos cobran un mes completo por el servicio de 15 dias.
Los representantes de la empresa no explicaron esas cosas en el momento de contrato, y no respondieron a mis preguntas muchas veces. Tená que contactar a ellos varias veces para aclarar estas cosas. El técnico de la empresa nunca respondió o regresó llamadas sobre mis preguntas técnicas.
 Your internet connection is stable most of the time as it is provided by Hughes. However, their customer service is of very low quality even though their price is very high. I do not recommend this company if they have other internet options in your area.

That means that the minimum period is actually 4 months.
Also, I thought that the one month payment period ends after 30 days from the start of service. But then they told me until the end of that month. That is, if one starts the service in the middle of a month, they charge a full month for the 15-day service.
The company representatives did not explain those things at the time of the contract, and they did not answer my questions many times. You have to contact them several times to clarify these things. The company technician never answered or returned calls about my technical questions.
