★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor servicio de Internet que he tenido. Tengo contratado 5mb y no llegan ni a 1mb. La señal es lenta y muy seguido se cae. Intento hablar a servicio a clientes y solo tienen un número, Al cual he marcado y nadie responde. Son prestadores de servicios pero tienes que rogar porque te atiendan. Tanto en oficina en Ramos y vía telefónica el servicio es pésimo.
 It is the worst internet service I have ever had. I have hired 5mb and they do not even reach 1mb. The signal is slow and very often falls off. I try to speak to customer service and they only have one number, which I have dialed and no one answers. They are service providers but you have to beg them to take care of you. Both in Ramos office and by phone the service is lousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio; la única razón por la que lo tengo aún es porque en mi casa no hay línea de Telmex ni Izzy, nunca me ha dado los Megas que dicen (tengo el paquete más caro de 10MB), se cae la señal de Wifi cada Sábado como a las 3 y 7 pm (hoy Sábado 31 de Marzo es la 4ta vez que me pasa en menos de 2 meses). Necesitan dar soluciones rápidas, todas las citas al técnico las registra la asistente de la entrada en un cuadernillo, ya me ha pasado que se olvidan de mandarme al técnico o me cortan el servicio antes de tiempo porque no registran mi pago, incluso un técnico vino a quitarme la antena por la mañana y me inventó toda una historia del por qué no se registró mi pago (que hice a tiempo). En serio que es malo el servicio, no suelo quejarme pero Internext se lo gana.
Very poor service; The only reason I still have it is because in my house there is no Telmex or Izzy line, it has never given me the Megas that they say (I have the most expensive package of 10MB), the Wifi signal falls every Saturday as 3 and 7 pm (today Saturday, March 31 is the 4th time it has happened to me in less than 2 months). They need to give quick solutions, all appointments to the technician are recorded by the entrance assistant in a booklet, it has already happened to me that they forget to send me to the technician or they cut my service early because they do not register my payment, even a technician came to take off the antenna in the morning and I made up a whole story of why my payment was not recorded (which I did on time). Seriously, the service is bad, I don't usually complain but Internext earns it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ en un principio fue un mal servicio, contrate 5 Mb y no llegaba ni 1, con el tiempo mejoro, pero solo por las noches, depues mejoro un poco mas, aun asi no era la calidad ni el ancho de banda que requeria, por lo cual decidi cancelarlo ademas de que el costo es muy elevado para el servicio que proporcionan. no me convenia contratar 10 Mb por mas de 400 pesos, hay mejores servicios a precios un poco mas bajos que esos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ si pudiera darle 0 estrellas lo haría, no puedo ni ver vídeos en youtube, me lo pone a super mala calidad, se pone a cargar cada 30 segundos del vídeo, no puedo descargar archivos por programas externos, y esto teniendo el paquete de 10 Megas, MA LI SI MO! y me falta decir que se cae cada 2x3, si llamo a servicio a clientes, solo dicen que mandarán un técnico, y después de ahí sigue igual de malo.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would not be able to watch videos on YouTube, it makes me super poor quality, it loads every 30 seconds of the video, I cannot download files by external programs, and this having the 10 Mega pack , MA LI SI MO! And I need to say that it falls every 2x3, if I call customer service, they only say that they will send a technician, and after that it is just as bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No quiciera darle ninguna extrella porque es el peor Internet que aya visto en mi vida y por el precio que lo dan me parece un robo la vdd. La velocidad ni se diga lentísimo muchas veces ni llega a 1 mega.
I do not want to give it any star because it is the worst Internet I have ever seen in my life and for the price they give it, it seems like a robbery to me. The speed does not say very slow many times or reaches 1 mega.

Si pudiera no le daría ni una estrella, súper lento el internet, contraté el paquete de 10mb y no llega ni un mega, las operadoras atienden de una manera grosera, lo contraté porque donde vivo no llegan otros servicios de internet. Se cae a cada rato y esos días sin internet no te los reponen y si te atrasas un dia a tu corte tienes que pagar 50 pesos de más para que te lo reactiven. Pésimo el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El internet es de lo más Lento al que te dicen, se cae muchas veces la señal tengo el más caro $475 x/mes para cambiar el usuario y la contraseña la página no te da acceso...
?Y el soporte pésimo....
